Many Spike Lee fans have followed Giancarlo Esposito’s career starting with playing the complex character of Big Brother Almighty in School Daze. The rebel rouser with an axe to grind in Do the Right Thing. Throughout his career he’s played some bad guys but he really seemed to break the mold for bad in the hit AMC series, Breaking Bad as Gustavo Fring. A few years later he would resume playing Fring in Breaking Bad prequel in Better Call Saul. Amazon came knocking with a part for him in the hit series The Boys. And if things couldn’t get any better, he lands a role in the Disney Plus series, “The Mandalorian.”
If we count an animated series then note Esposito voiced Lex Luther.
